License Requirements: US & Canadian residents must have a Valid driver’s license and must be present at the time of the rental. No photocopies or temporary license’s accepted.
Taxes & Fees: All Taxes and Fees will be applied during your checkout. The rates do not include insurance coverage. Taxes may apply to additional options/charges.
Age Requirements: Driver must be 25 years of age or older.
Insurance Requirements: Renters are required to provide proof of full coverage insurance that will extend over to the rental vehicle. An insurance card and declaration page must be provided in order to verify coverage amounts. Please email your Declarations page to firstname.lastname@example.org for verification. (Minimum Coverage amounts will vary depending on the vehicle.)
International Clients: Clients traveling from abroad will need to obtain their own International Auto Insurance Coverage. We do not offer any insurance coverage here to our clients.
When obtaining insurance, make sure you have sufficient coverage for Collision/Physical Damage coverage. On average you will need at least $300k USD to rent our Exotic or Luxury Cars, some cars require $500k USD in coverage. We have some entry level sports cars that require $50k-$100k in coverage.
Please make sure to call or email the office before booking to double check what type of International Coverage you need or are trying to use.
Canadian Clients: Clients traveling from Canada are able to use their own full coverage insurance, excluding those who live in BC (British Columbia.) Insurance companies in Canada will only transfer up to $125k CAD here to the states on a rental vehicle. We do not offer any insurance to our clients. If you are interested in renting something higher end, you will need to obtain your own International Auto Insurance as your Canadian policy will not cover more than $125K CAD. Please do not book without confirming your coverage and options with our office via phone or email.
Additional Fees: All taxes and fees are applied to the price.
Add on fees are for an additional driver, $25-$50.
Additional fees are due to failure to return the vehicle with proper fuel amount; excessively dirty vehicle; smoking or vaping in the vehicle; and or damages to the vehicle.
Mileage Charge: There is no mileage charge on any of our vehicles. WOW! No out of town or out of state driving. No driving to the Grand Canyon or Death Valley is permitted.
Restrictions: We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of any substance, hung over or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds only a credit for another day will be offered.
Where Can We Drive: You can visit all of Las Vegas’ local sites. Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, and many others. No Grand Canyon or out-of-state driving. All of our vehicles have GPS to notify us if a vehicle leaves our perimeter and you will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be within 48 hours of the booking date to receive a full refund. (NOT 48 hours before picking up your vehicle on the reservation date.) Cancellations after 48 hours of the booking date will receive a gift certificate towards a future reservation.
Any cancellations due to Covid-19, city/state closures, or any type of pandemic issue, will follow our standard company cancellation policy.
Deposits: We Require a minimum of $500 to $2000 USD deposit depending on the vehicle. Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is inspected upon return. Deposits can take 5-7 business days or sometimes longer depending on your banking system.
“Vehicles May Be Subject To Change: As a rental company, things happen and these high-end vehicles require more maintenance than your average vehicle. With that said, if the vehicle you reserved becomes unavailable due to an unexpected incident or required maintenance, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and resolve the situation as best as possible. A change in vehicles may include and not be limited to a vehicle that is similar in price/model/performance, a credit towards a future reservation, a refund depending on the situation, or maybe even a free upgrade if there is something available.”
“Personal Belongings/Lost Items: Upon returning the vehicle, please make sure to gather all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items that are left in any of our vehicles. If any item is found, we will hold it in our office for no longer than 30 days to be claimed.”
