Frequently Asked Questions

    • US & Canadian residents must have a Valid Physical driver’s license and must be present at the time of the rental. No photocopies, digital copies, or temporary license’s accepted.
  • We do accept International Driver's Licenses.
  • All Taxes and Fees will be applied during your checkout. The rates do not include insurance coverage as we do not sell or offer any insurance coverage. Taxes may apply to additional options/charges.
  • All Drivers and Renters must be 25 years of age or older. No Exceptions.
  • Renters are required to provide proof of full coverage auto insurance that will extend over to the rental vehicle. An insurance declaration page in PDF format must be provided in order to verify coverage amounts. Please email your declarations page to lvcexotics@gmail.com for verification. (Minimum Coverage amounts will vary depending on the vehicle. Please call if you need more information about insurance requirements.)
    • Clients traveling from abroad will need to obtain their own International Auto Insurance Coverage that will cover physical damage. We do not offer any insurance coverage here to our clients.
    • Most International Clients will be limited to renting our entry-level Sports cars and International insurance will not cover our Exotic or Luxury vehicles.
  • Please make sure to call or email the office before booking to double-check what type of International Coverage you need or are trying to use.
  • Clients traveling from Canada are able to use their own full coverage insurance, excluding those who live in BC (British Columbia.) Insurance companies in Canada will only transfer up to $125k CAD here to the states on a rental vehicle to cover Physical Damage. We do not offer any insurance to our clients. If you are interested in renting something higher-end, you will need to speak to your Insurance Company to inquire about increasing your coverage. Please do not book without confirming your coverage and options with our office via phone or email.
    • All taxes and fees are applied to the price during checkout.
    • Add-on fees are for an additional driver, $49.
  • Additional fees are due to failure to return the vehicle with proper fuel amount; excessively dirty vehicle; smoking or vaping in the vehicle; and or damages to the vehicle.
  • We offer UNLIMITED MILES. WOW! There is NO MILEAGE CHARGE on any of our vehicles. No out-of-town or out-of-state driving is permitted. No driving to the Grand Canyon or Death Valley is permitted. See Destinations page or call us for more info. Mileage will only be charged if you drive outside of our permitted boundaries. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes but is not limited to anyone who is intoxicated and or under the influence of any substance, hung over, or in an unsafe manner to drive. No refunds, only a credit for a future booking will be offered.
  • You can visit all of Las Vegas’ local sites. Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon, Valley of Fire, and many others. No Grand Canyon or out-of-state driving. All of our vehicles have GPS to notify us if a vehicle leaves our perimeter. Mileage and Out-Of-State fees will be charged. No Off-Roading, No Race Tracks, No Drag Strips, etc. 
    • You have 48 hours from making your booking to cancel and receive a full refund. (NOT 48 hours before picking up your vehicle on the reservation date.) Cancellations made after 48 hours of the booking date will receive a Full Credit gift certificate towards a future reservation. Your Gift Certificate will not expire until used.
  • Any cancellations due to Covid-19, city/state closures, or any type of pandemic issue, will follow our standard company cancellation policy.
  • We Require a minimum of $500 to $2000 USD security deposit on a major credit card. Security Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is inspected upon return. Deposits can take 5-7 business days to release back to your account or sometimes longer depending on your banking system. The Security Deposit is only a temporary authorization on your Major Credit Card. Security Deposits are not deposits to hold your vehicle for a reservation. 
  • As a rental company, things happen and these high-end vehicles require more maintenance than your average vehicle. With that said, if the vehicle you reserved becomes unavailable due to an unexpected incident or required maintenance, we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and resolve the situation as best as possible. A change to your rental vehicle may include but not be limited to a vehicle that is similar in price/model/performance, a credit towards a future reservation, or the possibility of an upgrade to a longer rental or a higher-end vehicle at no additional costs.
  • Upon returning the vehicle, please make sure to gather all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items that are left in any of our vehicles. If any item is found, we will hold it in our office for no longer than 30 days to be claimed.
